Eden of The East the Movie I: The King of Eden

After saving Japan from destruction, Akira Takizawa made one last request to be the "King of Japan" before erasing his memories and vanishing. He left Saki Morimi with his cellphone, containing the only clue about his whereabouts: a message stating, "I'll be waiting where our journey started." Six months later, rumors about Akira circulate, prompting Saki to search for him in New York City. However, she isn’t the only one looking; the remaining Seleção, fueled by a challenge to "save Japan" and with a substantial amount of money at stake, are also in pursuit. While some seek to support Akira in his quest, others have dangerous intentions aimed at eliminating him to realize their vision of a better Japan.
