In 2100, Bayside City, Japan's foremost international port, is a newly constructed metropolis. Takako, a former policewoman, establishes Angel Arms Company to combat terrorism using armed security suits. When the mayor is assassinated, Angel Arms finds themselves protecting the villainous crime lord Hassan, hoping to extract information to dismantle a global terror network. Takako faces a dilemma as criminals plot to kill Hassan, and the organization's leader is revealed to be the ex-lover of Angel Arms' Alisa.
