Sand Land: The Series

The anime series will feature previously unseen footage from the SAND LAND anime film, iconic scenes from the original manga, and a new storyline conceived by Toriyama that continues the narrative from the film. In a futuristic world called Sand Land, the sole river that once nourished the entire world has mysteriously dried up. The only remaining source of drinking water is controlled by the king, who demands exorbitant prices. In this arid world, demons and humans coexist until Sheriff Lao informs Beelzebub of the potential existence of a fountain that could quench the thirst of both humans and demons. Beelzebub and his friend Thief decide to join Sheriff Lao on a quest to find this precious resource.
