Cats Don't Dance

In 1939, Danny, a hopeful young cat, dreams of becoming a Hollywood star. He leaves his hometown of Kokomo, Indiana, and heads to Hollywood to pursue his career. After meeting Pudge, a new friend, Danny is chosen by agent Farley Wink to be in a film called "Li'l Ark Angel." This film is being made alongside a white cat named Sawyer at Mammoth Pictures. Joining other animal actors like Tillie, Cranston, Frances, and T.W., Danny is disappointed to learn how small his role is and tries to get more screen time. Danny ends up upsetting Darla Dimple, a popular and spoiled child actress in the film. She orders her butler, Max, to scare Danny into not trying to make his role bigger.
