Chaar Sahibzaade
The film begins with the Mughal and Turkish invasions of India. Guru Tegh Bahadur, the ninth Guru of the Sikhs, sacrifices his life for the religious freedom and human rights of Kashmiri Pandits. Guru Gobind Singh then establishes the Khalsa to counter the invading forces, with martyrdom as a core principle. The film portrays the Battle of Anandpur (1700), where Guru Gobind Singh defeats Mughal General Painde Khan. It also depicts the Battle of Chamkaur (1704), where 42 Sikhs under Guru Gobind Singh bravely fight against 10 lakh Mughal forces under Wazir Khan. In this battle, Guru Gobind Singh's elder sons, Sahibzada Ajit Singh and Sahibzada Jujhar Singh, are martyred. Despite the Mughals' overwhelming numbers, they fail to capture Guru Gobind Singh, leading to a Sikh victory. The Mughals capture Guru Gobind Singh's younger sons, Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh, and cruelly execute them in a brutal manner. Wazir Khan orders masons to brick the two young Gurus into a section of the city's wall.
