Cadillacs and Dinosaurs

The series centers around Jack Tenrec and his team of ecological freedom fighters known as the "Mechanics." His often hesitant partner is Hannah Dundee, a foreign ambassador who enlists Jack as a liaison to facilitate communication between her homeland and modern civilization. Together, they tackle significant environmental challenges in their futuristic world. Jack is also accompanied by Hermes, a young "cutter" he raised after its mother passed away. Although Hermes is gentle with Jack and Hannah, he can become quite fierce when provoked. The narrative features a race of intelligent lizards known as the "Griths" as well. Throughout their journey, Jack and his crew face adversaries, including the Council of Governors and the gang led by Hammer Terhune.
