Foofur
In the town of Willowby, a tall, slender blue dog named Foofur (voiced by Frank Welker) has taken up residence in a mansion at 32 Maple Street, which is also where he was born. Foofur's companions include his niece Rocki (voiced by Christina Lange), Fencer the Cat (voiced by Eugene Williams), Louis (voiced by Richard Gautier), his girlfriend Annabell (voiced by Susan Tolsky), Dolly (voiced by Susan Blu), Hazel (voiced by Pat Carroll), Hazel's husband Fritz-Carlos (voiced by Jonathan Schmock), and Burt (voiced by William Callaway). They face opposition from Mrs. Amelia Escrow (voiced by Susan Silo) and her pet Chihuahua Pepe (voiced by Don Messick), who attempts to expose Foofur's illegal occupants but fails each time. Mrs. Escrow has repeatedly tried to sell the mansion, but Foofur and his friends prevent the sale, safeguarding their home from threats like the Rat Brothers, other cats such as Vinnie and His Cat Pack, and greedy humans. Additionally, Foofur works to keep his friends out of the clutches of the Bowser Busters' dog catchers, Mel (voiced by David Doyle) and Harvey (voiced by Michael Bell).
