Girls und Panzer

"Girls und Panzer" is a unique anime series that combines the slice-of-life genre with military themes. The series takes place in an alternate reality where "Sensha-do" (the way of the tank), a martial art where girls operate WWII-era tanks, is considered a traditional and respected feminine skill that aids in personal growth and development. The story centers around Miho Nishizumi, a high school girl from a prestigious family known for their skill in Sensha-do. However, Miho has traumatic memories associated with tank battles and decides to attend Ooarai Girls High School because it doesn't have a Sensha-do program. But when the school revives its tankery program, Miho, due to her family legacy and experience, is pushed into joining. Miho, along with her new friends, forms Team Anglerfish and participates in competitive Sensha-do tournaments. Each episode generally focuses on their training, the strengthening of their friendship, and their battles against other schools.
