Kujibiki Unbalance (2006 Series)

Every student's spot in the massive and prestigious Rikkyouin academy is decided by lottery. The president of the student council, who represents status and wears a huge helmet, is in charge of running the school. The four individuals who won the lottery to form the student council for the following year are followed on their adventures in the anime. The present student council has assigned them a number of responsibilities, and failing to perform them will result in their immediate expulsion. The chores will mostly be routine, but they will invariably conclude in a dramatic way involving robots, aliens, terrorists, spies, and other such things.
