Loveless

"Loveless" is a fantasy and romance anime series based on the manga of the same name. The series involves elements of action, mystery, and explores mature themes within a complex world. The story revolves around a twelve-year-old boy named Ritsuka Aoyagi who, after the sudden and mysterious death of his brother Seimei, is approached by a man claiming to be Seimei's friend. This man, Soubi Agatsuma, reveals to Ritsuka that they are part of a world of Fighters and Sacrifices, where pairs duel against each other. Seimei and Soubi were a pair, and Soubi's appearance in Ritsuka's life turns it upside down. Ritsuka soon finds himself drawn into this strange world and becomes Soubi's new Sacrifice. As Ritsuka and Soubi investigate the truth behind Seimei's death, they also learn more about this new world and their roles within it.
