Mysterious Girlfriend X

Akira Tsubaki and Mikoto Urabe's romance is the subject of the television show. Urabe is a recent transfer who attended Tsubaki's school. Tsubaki discovers himself dependent on Urabe's drool as a result of a sequence of bizarre occurrences. The connection slowly develops as it focuses on the peculiar closeness that results from the drool attachment after she describes the addiction as love sickness. The two's connection develops into true love as the narrative goes on. The manga makes it clear that they won't ever split up but instead will remain partners for the rest of their lives.
