School Rumble: First Extra Term

The daily activities of the students in Class 2-C at the fictional Yagami High School, as well as their friends and family, are the focus of the romantic shnen comedy School Rumble. Tenma Tsukamoto, an ordinary second-year high school student who secretly admires her eccentric, enigmatic, nice-guy classmate, Oji Karasuma, is the major female protagonist. Tenma struggles to tell Karasuma how she really feels. He continues to be unaware of her attention and seeks satisfaction by indulging in curries. Similar to the main male protagonist, delinquent Kenji Harima attends school only to be close to Tenma. Like Tenma, Harima struggles to express his love, and every time he musters the strength to do so, events work against him.
