When Micro Grand Academy student Cacao awakens one morning, he discovers a female made of wood curled up next to him in bed. She is Hinano, a tree spirit that took over a wooden puppet's body after Cacao botched his teacher's spell. Hinano enrolls in Cacao's school because she fell in love with him right away.
