The Aquatope on White Sand

Fuuka Miyazawa finds herself on an impromptu trip to Okinawa rather than heading back to her mopey party in Morioka after leaving her idol career behind. She travels around the region aimlessly, carrying a heavy heart and having nowhere to go, until she comes across Gama Gama Aquarium, an outdated aquarium that is about to close. The director is forced to decide whether to permanently close the business at the end of the summer due to a lack of patronage and expensive but required repairs needed to keep its doors open. Kukuru Misakino, the director's granddaughter and a lover of marine life, is determined to raise enough money by the end of the season to keep the aquarium operating since she can't bear the idea of it closing. Fuuka asks Kukuru for a job after discovering the aquarium's special power, but she soon realizes that her lack of experience makes her more of a burden than a help. Kukuru is also conscious of the possibility that her lofty objective may be too much for her to handle. Will Kukuru and Fuuka be able to defend the one place they cherish in the face of increasing pressure from all sides?
