Hibike! Euphonium: Ensemble Contest-hen

In addition to the exhilarating summer brass band competition, another event known as the ensemble contest, or "Ancon," showcases captivating performances. Unlike traditional competitions, Ancon focuses on the collective synergy of several individuals performing together, creating a unique charm. At Kitauji High School, with aspirations of participating in the Kyoto prefectural tournament of Ancon, the brass band must first undergo a rigorous selection process in their school's preliminary round. However, the band faces numerous challenges, compounded by their large size of over 50 members. As the newly appointed club leader, Kumiko takes on the responsibility of navigating these hurdles. Will she successfully guide the band through the preliminary rounds and help them realize their dreams? The journey towards Ancon is poised with uncertainties and triumphs awaiting the Kitauji High School brass band.
