Aachi and Ssipak

The human race has developed a means to use human excrement as fuel in a future where all energy and fuel sources have been exhausted. Excrement was used to create new energy as people began to construct the new city. A short while later, the city's authorities unveiled two laws to produce and regulate the new energy, including the implantation of ID chips in each resident's anus to track their excrement frequency in exchange for an addicting juicybar. Soon enough, because to juicybar's extreme addictive potential, defecation rates have risen and the city is overrun with addicts. A widespread illegal juicybar trade has led to the emergence of mutations in the form of stupid, pint-sized idiots. Later, the mutants form the Diaper group after organizing a group to rob Juicybars.
