A Grand Day Out
When trying to select where they will spend their bank holiday, cheese-loving inventor Wallace and his dog Gromit discover that their home is devoid of cheese. They choose to build a rocket and travel to the Moon since "everyone knows the Moon is made of cheese." When they arrive, they start collecting cheese and sampling it, and they run into a coin-operated robot. Wallace attempts to put a coin, but nothing occurs. The robot awakens and grabs the soiled plates that were left at their picnic location after he and Gromit leave. When the robot learns about Wallace's skiing magazine, it becomes desirous of visiting Earth to go skiing. Wallace had ripped off a broken piece of the Moon, which it fixes, tickets the rocket for parking, and gets irritated at the craft's oil leak. When Wallace's money is out, the robot freezes as it approaches Wallace and prepares to hit him. Wallace keeps the robot's baton as a memento, puts another coin in the slot to pay for it, and gets ready to go with Gromit and the cheese they've collected.
