City Hunter The Movie: Angel Dust

Based in Shinjuku, Ryo Saeba, a skilled "City Hunter" known for fulfilling various requests, teams up with his partner, Kaori Makimura, when a female video creator named Angie asks them to locate an escaped cat. Meanwhile, Saeko Nogami from the Metropolitan Police Department, aided by Umibozu and Miki, launches an investigation into a biotech company called Zoltic. Their latest invention is a horrifying technology that can transform soldiers into superhumans on the battlefield, and it's a new version of the "Angel Dust" that once consumed Ryo and led to the death of her partner, Hideyuki Makimura.
