After his many confessions, Naoya Mukai is overjoyed when his childhood friend Saki Saki finally accepts him. He consciously avoids giving her too much attention, believing this will help sustain their relationship for the long term. But after months of planning, another girl called Nagisa Minase unexpectedly confesses to Naoya one afternoon. Although he gently rejects her, Nagisa's magnetic appeal and tenacity hold Naoya's attention. Naoya proposes the strange concept of dating both Saki and Nagisa at the same time, with both ladies being aware of it, in an effort to satisfy both of their wants. Whatever they do to maintain their peculiar relationship ends up creating absurd and amusing scenarios as a result of this extraordinary state of affairs.
