South Park
The four boys who make up the core of South Park are Stan Marsh, Kyle Broflovski, Eric Cartman, and Kenny McCormick. The boys reside in the fictional tiny town of South Park, which is situated about an hour's drive from Denver in the South Park basin of the Rocky Mountains in central Colorado. Students, families, primary school employees, and other different citizens are among the other personalities that call the village home. South Park Elementary, a number of neighborhoods, the surrounding mountain range, real Colorado monuments, and the establishments along the town's main street are prominent settings that are all modeled on the appearance of comparable places in Fairplay, Colorado. South Park frequently depicts the distinctive culture of the Mountain West region, including cattle ranchers, Old West theme parks, snowy climates, mountaineering, Mormons, authentic Colorado locations like Casa Bonita and Cave of the Winds, as well as many other regionally specific characteristics. It is one of the few television shows set in the Mountain West that takes place outside the urban core of Denver. In official media, Stan is referred to be the group's everyman and is described as "an average, American fourth grader." Kyle is Jewish, and the fact that he is one of the few such characters in South Park is frequently poked fun at. Stan is based on Parker, and Kyle is based on Stone. They are each other's best friends, and the series frequently discusses their bond, which is meant to symbolize Parker and Stone's(The writers of the show) connection. Cartman, as he is generally known, is frequently portrayed as an antagonist since he is immoral and growing increasingly sociopathic. His passionate antisemitism has given rise to a developing rivalry with Kyle. Kenny, who comes from a low-income home, wears his parka hood so tightly that it completely covers his face and obstructs his voice. In the first five seasons, practically every episode had Kenny dying before he mysteriously reappeared in the following one. He was killed off in the episode "Kenny Dies" from the fifth season before being brought back in the sixth season finale. Since then, Kenny has been portrayed as passing away suddenly. The kids were in third grade for the first 58 episodes. They started fourth grade during the fourth season and have been in there ever since.
