"C - Control: The Money and Soul of Possibility" (also known as [C] The Money of Soul and Possibility Control) is an anime series that explores the intertwined relationships between money, power, and the human soul. The story revolves around Kimimaro Yoga, a college student living in an economically troubled Japan, who aims for stability in life. His world changes drastically when he's introduced to a parallel universe known as the Financial District, where he must participate in battles that can affect the real world's economy. In the Financial District, individuals called "Entrepreneurs" (or "Entres") battle each other using entities known as "Assets" to gain money. This money is not without cost: if an Entre loses and goes bankrupt, not only will they lose their future but also face devastating real-world consequences.
