Kiznaiver

Katsuhira Agata is a shy, calm teenager whose sense of suffering has all but disappeared. Chidori Takashiro, his friend, has only hazy memories of the times before Katsuhira underwent this significant shift. Now, bullies regularly target Katsuhira because of his quiet and complacent manner and take advantage of him to make outrageous sums of money. But even their feelings are beyond his grasp, so their fists barely succeed in causing him to blink. But one day, Katsuhira, Chidori, and four other youths are kidnapped and forced to become recognized "Kiznaivers" in the Kizuna System. Participants are bonded by their shared experience of suffering; if one participant is hurt, the others will also suffer equally. These people must act as test subjects and scapegoats for a flawed system created with the goal of promoting world peace. The Kiznaivers must reveal their actual selves to one another or risk failing much more than just the Kizuna System because their futures are inextricably linked.
