Louise Françoise Le Blanc de La Vallière is a noblewoman who can't seem to master magic; every time she tries, an explosion occurs. Her classmates call her "Louise the Zero" since she is unable to use any of the four magic components. The second-year students at the Tristain Academy of Magic undertake a specific ceremony at the beginning of the academic year to summon their familiar, which acts as their constant companion, protector, and partner and is typically some kind of magical creature.
