A cataclysmic pan-dimensional conflict between the two dominating "time-spaces" of the cosmos is happening fifteen years from now. These are Shangri-La, another potential dimension that could exist fifteen years after our own, and La'cryma, a hypothetical future version of our own world that is dedicated to wiping out all of space and time. A mysterious item known as the "Dragon Torc" holds the key to halting Shangri'la's invasion and preserving reality. The "Dragon Cavalry," La'cryma's elite military unit, is dispatched through space and time to locate it. Twelve-year-old Haruka and her companion Y Got are considering leaving their home when they encounter Karasu, a member of the Dragon Cavalry who could be Y from the future. La'cryma thinks Haruka is the Dragon Torque, but Karasu swears never to let her go in order to save his own dimension. In addition to the Dragon Cavalry, the enigmatic Noein, the force behind Shangri-La, is also after Haruka. He wants to take her into his timespace in order to destroy all universes.
