Rio: Rainbow Gate!

Rio Rollins, a well-known casino dealer at the Howard Resort on an island, has the capacity to bring luck to gamblers merely by passing them, earning her the moniker "The Goddess of Victory." Rio and young Mint Clark, who is visiting the Howard Resort with her grandfather, quickly become the best of friends. Rio's life is quickly turned upside down when it is discovered that she is a "Gate Holder," a dealer who is in possession of one of the 13 legendary cards known as "Gates," which must be collected in order to be crowned "Most Valuable Casino Dealer" (MVCD). Rio must compete in unique contests known as "Gate Battles" with other Gate Holders and win their Gates to become the most valuable casino dealer in the world. Rio must acquire all 13 Gates.
