Let's Move! focuses on Retsu and Go Seiba, two young boys who are given racing vehicles by Dr. Tsuchia that are referred to as "Mini 4WD." The series then follows those two lads as they train and modify parts in preparation for the Japans Cup, where all of Japan's racers compete to be the best of the best.
