All Star, a planet that exists on the periphery of space, has had its "Waruchin Ceremony" stolen. It has a computer inside that is programmed to enable anything. Doctor Bell, the bad guy, is really the one who steals. Waruchin will be used by Doctor Bell in his quest to colonize other worlds. In order to find Doctor Bell, Prince Chikkun of All Star and his wise counsellor Takkun make the decision to travel to Earth.
