Chou Henshin Cosprayers
Koto Hoshino, a 17-year-old high school student, only wants to be as brave as her favorite video game character Misuzu. On a field trip, she visits the Izumo temple, where a ritual for Misuzu is being held. After discovering a peculiar watch there, she is drawn to the top of the temple's tower. When she reaches the top, she engages in an odd ritual without realizing it. A portal of evil appears out of nowhere. Fortunately, Kurusu, a boy who tries to smash the mirror but gets sucked inside, saves her. Scarlet, a female, shows up, but he orders her to keep Koto safe. The sacred earth begins to quake violently the next instant, and Koto is struck unconscious. Everything has changed as she regains consciousness. In what appears to be a parallel universe, Koto discovers that the only remaining souls on Earth are hers and those of the priestesses known as the Cosmopolitan Prayers, who fight against evil. The Sun Goddess Amaterasu's daughter comes and recounts how Koto was duped into executing the sealing ritual and locking away her mother Amaterasu, who is being held captive by the forces of evil. Koto now has to battle the terrible forces that sealed the Earth as a member of the "Cosprayers." The Cosmopolitan Prayers, a group of seven stunning women who practice spiritual rituals and are pure of heart and body, must employ their abilities to cleanse the evil towers. However, are they able to endure pain and treachery in order to become the White Goddess of Light? Can Koto overcome herself in order to preserve the world and her new friends? Each twelve-minute episode of CosPrayers has a color in its title and lasts for twelve minutes. Many episodes have irregular continuity, which may be the result of the original material being edited to fit the twelve minute time limit.
