Even when it is shared by a human and a youkai who are practically immortal, true love never dies. Fortunately, fox spirit youkai have found a way to reincarnate humans and, with the help of a Fox Spirit Matchmaker, help them gradually remember their previous lives so they can start over with their beloved youkai. Enter Tushan Susu, a diminutive and innocent fox spirit who aspires to become a renowned matchmaker despite her track record as a giant screw-up, and Bai Yuechu, a strong human Taoist who longs for freedom from the ruling Yi Qi Dao League.
