Extreme Hearts

An aspiring singer named Hiyori Hayama relocated to Tokyo in order to make her stage debut. She has always had a passion for singing and dreams of performing on stage like her favorite singer. She repeatedly fails her auditions and finds it difficult to market her songs, proving that the entertainment world is not all fun and games. Hiyori pursues her one remaining chance to move forward—playing Extreme Hearts—finding herself still at the starting line. The well-known competition is a Hyper Sports tournament where competitors participate in various sports employing equipment that improves their abilities in an effort to land their big break. Despite being physically fit, Hiyori has trouble using Hyper Sports because she is unfamiliar with it. Fortunately, she becomes friends with ladies who are skilled in several sports, and they enter the competition with Hiyori in the hopes of seeing her win. Hiyori and her colleagues discover the unwritten rule of Extreme Hearts—all contestants must be entertainers or have aspirations to be one. They are now playing for Team RISE. Face-to-face competition is a motivating undertaking for Team RISE members that opens the door to new interests and lifelong friendships.
