"Future GPX Cyber Formula Sin" is the fifth and final installment in the "Future GPX Cyber Formula" anime series, a franchise that combines high-stakes sports drama with science fiction elements. Released as an Original Video Animation (OVA) series in 1998, it followed the OVA series "Future GPX Cyber Formula Saga." In "Cyber Formula Sin," Hayato Kazami, the protagonist and race driver of the advanced car Asurada, is now a three-time Cyber Formula world champion. The series starts with Hayato competing in the 21st Grand Prix, where he encounters a new rival in the form of Kaga, a former motorcycle champion, driving the Bio-Computer car, Al-Zard NP-2.
