Fuujin Monogatari

One of just two members and the manager of a digital camera club, eighth-grader Nao is also a member. Why she only takes pictures of the skies and clouds is a mystery. She frequently uses a rooftop to photograph photos when she discovers a cat there one day. It is a cat that has learned to control the direction of the wind. Nao stumbles after being startled to see a weird animal, falling from the rooftop! The other club member and Nao's close buddy is Miki. The cat was taught how to control the direction of the wind by Mr. Taiki. A young lady named Ryoko has a serious infatuation on Mr. Taiki. Jun also aids Miki and Nao in their search for a flying cat. Then there is Yukio, who is the sister-in-law of Mr. Taiki who passed away. A mysterious Wind Festival is about to begin in the "Wind Handlers" settlement that has emerged on the fringes of this large city.
