Durarara!!x2 Ten

Young Mikado Rygamine, who yearns for the adventurous life of the big city, relocates to Ikebukuro to enroll at Raira Academy alongside his long-lost childhood buddy Masaomi Kida. The two meet at the train station and depart to explore Ikebukuro's streets. Mikado is warned by Masaomi not to cross certain individuals in the city, including the dangerous and extraordinarily powerful man Shizuo Heiwajima, the information broker Izaya Orihara, and the enigmatic group known as "The Dollars." Mikado encounters a local legend known as the "Black Rider," who is said to be missing a head under her helmet and rides about Ikebukuro on a black motorcycle that occasionally neighs like a horse. Celty Sturluson, an Irish dullahan who works as an underworld courier and goes by the alias "Black Rider," is in Ikebukuro hunting for her stolen head. The story follows each individual equally and demonstrates how their stories intertwine to form a larger plot line based on how each character is aware of an identical incidence.
