Hayate no Gotoku! OVA

Hayate Ayasaki, an unfortunate 16-year-old, has had to work since he was a young child to make ends meet because of the careless actions of his parents. He learns on Christmas Eve that his parents have left the house and are leaving him with a staggering  ¥156,804,000 debt. The Yakuza (from whom the money was originally borrowed) intend to pay off the loan by selling his organs and through other dubious methods including making him into a slave. Hayate encounters Nagi Sanzenin, a 13-year-old girl who is the sole heir to the affluent Sanzenin estate, together with Maria, Nagi's maid, while fleeing from the debt collectors. Hayate initially intended to kidnap Nagi and demand a ransom of more than 150 million but owing to a miscommunication, Nagi mistakenly believed Hayate was declaring his love to her. She appoints Hayate as her new butler after he saves Nagi from real kidnappers.
