Guitarist Yuki and drummer Santa decide to start a new band after the dissolution of their previous one. They enlist the help of the youthful bassist Towa, the guitarist Atsuro, and, after much coaxing, the singer Sakuya. Together, they make up the band Lucifer, and they battle to maintain their unity as well as their success in the music industry. Additionally, they must cope with their own problems, such as parental disapproval and seeing their former bands flourish before them. The most disturbed band member is Sakuya, who must deal with his terrible history and his connection with lyricist Aine, a teenage girl.
