After the GOTT (Galactic Organization of Trade and Tariffs) was defeated twenty-five years after Éclair and Lumière (from the bestselling Kiddy Grade series) saved the galaxy from impending destruction, the GTO (Galactic Trade Organization) was established to promote world peace by eradicating crime.
