"Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic" is an action-adventure, fantasy anime series based on the manga of the same name. The series takes inspiration from various Middle Eastern folklore, particularly the stories from "One Thousand and One Nights." The story follows Aladdin, a mysterious boy with a magical flute that can summon a powerful Djinn named Ugo. Aladdin embarks on a journey to explore the world, and on the way, he befriends Alibaba Saluja, a young man who dreams of exploring Dungeons—mysterious, formidable labyrinths containing untold riches and power, and conquering them to change his life. They are later joined by Morgiana, a former slave with exceptional physical abilities. Together, they take on numerous adventures, face powerful adversaries, and slowly uncover the secrets of the world, the nature of the Dungeons, and the true purpose of the Magi. They also get involved in political disputes and conflicts, challenging corrupt regimes and supporting the oppressed.
