Kobayashi ga Kawai sugite Tsurai!!

Twins Both Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi go to separate schools, one for boys and one for girls. They decide to switch places one day since they get tired of being surrounded by people of the same gender. While the deception initially seems to go unnoticed, things start to become a little bit more challenging when the prospect of romance surfaces. Beginning with Megumu sharing a passionate kiss with upperclassman Aoi Sanada while posing as her brother, Kobayashi ga Kawai sugite Tsurai!! Aoi, who was never excellent with girls to begin with, now wonders if he prefers guys as a result. Similarly, Mitsuru discovers the arrogant ruler of the school, Azusa Tokugawa, in a precarious situation while in his (her) arms, causing her heart to race. The truth of the twins' switched identities hasn't been made public yet, but the two couples are in love.
