Haruki Mishima and Towa Honda are high school freshman whose lives are focused on academics, extracurricular activities, and females. The two best friends' passion is undoubtedly blossoming despite their busy schedules. Haruki had been pining for Miharu Mashiki since he was a young boy, and a chance encounter at the convenience shop rekindled his love. Towa has developed feelings for the class representative Mami Mihashi, but he is unlucky in that they are not shared. Love appears elusive for both Haruki and Towa, despite the contrast between their approaches to pursuing Miharu and Towa's tenacity with Mami. Only time will tell as the months pass whether romance between the two of them is in the cards.
