The psychic wall separating brothers Naoto and Naoya Kirihara from the outside world eventually breaks down after a 15-year confinement in a research institution. The siblings now work to lead normal lives after being abandoned by their parents, who were afraid of their extraordinary abilities. However, when the "negative energy" begins to blanket the planet and crimes utilizing psychic skills increasingly increase, the two are soon obliged to use their talents to save lives.
