Nihon Chinbotsu 2020

Kouichirou works at a construction site, and his wife Mari is coming home after a trip abroad, so the Mutou family has a quiet life. Their son Gou is playing video games at home while their daughter Ayumu recently finished track practice. However, when a catastrophic earthquake hits the whole Japanese archipelago, erasing the nation's entire face in a moment, life as they know it is turned on its head. The Mutou family must work together to escape the calamity as society falls apart around them and their country slowly submerges into the sea. They battle to survive in the post-apocalyptic environment while also learning about how tough it is to deal with loss.
