PES: Peace Eco Smile

PES: Peace Eco Smile, a new web promotional anime series, is the result of a partnership between the Japanese carmaker and the Japanese animation studio Studio 4°C. It centers on PES, a space traveler, and NaSuBi, a mystery life-form that has fallen in love with Earth. The preferred vehicle for these outsiders in a strange land? The Prius, especially the Liftback and C hatchback models. As much a part of this series as the two main protagonists are these two hybrids. A Lexus LFA, which is probably the antagonist's vehicle, and the Toyota Camry hybrid also play important roles. The campaign's three to four minute long animation shorts will all be posted on Toyota's dedicated website.
