Wake Up, Girls! New Chapter

Seven girls from Sendai, Miyagi who create the idol group "Wake Up, Girls! (WUG)" and collaborate to rise to the top of the idol world tell their growth and friendship stories in "Wake Up, Girls!" WUG overcome numerous challenges while working for the Sendai production business "Green Leaves Entertainment" to defeat the national idol group "I-1 club" and won the competition. They had overnight become popular idols, but there was currently an idol recession, so things weren't so simple. For the girls, the days of consistent and ethical idol work persisted. Hayashi Ayumi, Morishima Otome, and Atsugi Itsuka, a middle school trio from Sendai, have been growing more and more interested in becoming idols.
